Meanwhile, prepare gelatin:
· Soak gelatin leaves in a bowl of cold water until soft, 5 minute.
· Lift leaves out and shake off excess water. Dump cold water
from bowl, place leaves in again..
· Heat water (1/4 cup per person) on stove or in microwave into
hot, but not boiling.
· Pour hot water and sugar over leaves and stir to dissolve sugar.
