The global issue of hunger to me is one of the most important problem in the world that we need to solve. My family and I are very fortunate to be able to eat 3 meals a day and sometimes even more. It is sad to think that some people don’t have the luxury to eat at least 3 meals a day. I love food and I think that everyone should be able to eat to their hearts content. So, as a way of trying to help people who are going hungry I did a bake sale with my friends in school. Our bake sale only lasted 2 days but we raised about $108. It was really fun to bake the crinkle and meringues that we sold in the bake sale. The bake sale was the perfect thing for me to do because I love to bake. Baking is my hobby and while I was doing something I loved to do I was able to help other people at the same time. When we did the bake sale, knowing that it can help other people in need gave me a satisfying feeling that just puts me in the best of moods. Any help or effort that anyone does for a good cause is very helpful. No matter how small you think your help is, I think that it can make a difference.
