MDS Proudly Marches for Israel

Hundreds of MDS students, faculty, parents
and grandparents marched up Fifth Avenue
in the 50th Annual "Celebrate Israel"
Parade yesterday. Earlier in the day, a
delegation including MDS Board members
and students marched with Governor
Cuomo's group. Also in the parade, ahead
of the MDS group, was MDS 3rd grader Izzy
Dachs, who won a national contest by
submitting the winning design for the
Leket Israel float. Izzy was joined on the
Leket float by family and friends. To see
