4th Grade MDS vs. Ramaz Basketball Game

On Sunday, March 23rd, MDS 4th graders took on Ramaz 4th graders in a heated basketball game for charity. Ramaz won he game but everyone had a good time and showed tremendous team spirit and support for one another. We also raised over $500 for tzedakah. The money will go to the Od Yosef Chai Foundation.
Thank you to everyone who played and to all of the parents and families that showed up to support MDS and give tzedakah. Although we lost, I was impressed with the sportsmanship that was displayed as well as the school spirit.
Thank you to Carlos of Dube Zone for refereeing the game. He was the nicest guy and made all the kids feel comfortable.
Special thanks to Michael Fischman and his son Spencer for keeping score. Also thanks to Eden Fischman for collecting all the donations throughout the game. It could not have happened without them.
