Internity Foundation
Internity Foundation is a registered Section-8 Non Profit
organisation founded in February 2017 working in making
India ‘Technology Ready’ under our campaign ‘Technology
for Humanity’. We are based at Noida. Presently, we have
started with transforming the learning environment in tier 2
and tier 3 engineering colleges with a focus on CSE, IT and
ECE branches, promoting startups and research, all this with
a vision ‘To make people creators not users’ as they are the
source of technology learning.
We are backed by various IT firms, Tech-based communities
and meetup groups like Rannlab Technologies, CloudDive
Labs, Unanth Technologies, TLRNow, IOT-NCR, Sector 7,
YuvaManthan and are working for a vision ‘Technology For
Humanity’.
Existing Problems
l Nominal Learning Environment in Tier 2 and Tier 3
Engineering Colleges
l Various surveys stated more than 90% of Indian Engineers
lack employability skills
l Lack of Innovation and Research in India
We understand that all the above problems are an outcome
of how the people have adopted technology, and the
way they have studied in their alma mater. What industry
requires, what is needed for innovation and what our college
curriculum provides has a huge gap which needs to be
bridged.
We have all the resources in the colleges, still the outcomes
are not as per our expectations. What’s missing is the
adoption of college and career by the students and alignment
of college and students on a common vision.
Due to this gap India is highly deprived of technology solutions
to its problems even though it has all the resources.
Following are few facts supporting our problem statement
l Low Possibilities of getting Jobs l 92.72% Engineers lack desired Programming and
Algorithm skills
l Less Scope of Research Opportunities l 72.77% Engineers lack Soft skills
l Insignificant Open Source Contribution by India l 59.40% Engineers lack Cognitive skills
l Lost Startup Incubation Opportunities l 3.84% Engineers qualify for startup engineering role
l Chronic Problem of Brain Drain/Talent Migration l Only 56% employability in best colleges and Less than 10%
in bottom 30 percentile colleges
l India being home for many large IT companies and
providing cutting edge solutions for financials, banking,
healthcare, artificial intelligence, automated solutions, is
the country which is deprived of these facilities the most.
l 5% percent of Indian IT professionals contribute to open
source projects
l Lack of opportunities in electronics, mechanical and
electricals engineering sectors.

l 5% of Indian IT professionals contribute to Open Source
Projects
The Solution:
Internity is an ecosystem to provide skill based learning to
the college students with support from colleges, experts
community, training institutions, industry and government.
