Not only is Chris familiarizing himself with the process of social media marketing, he is creating growth for an Oregon Lithoprint division called Shark Marketing. "We’ve run two separate ad campaigns each on Facebook and LinkedIn and as a total of that we’ve reached over 50,000 people."

This has led to an increase in activity in the website and Chris only sees growth in the future. He has already accepted a part-time job consulting for Oregon Lithoprint once his

internship ends and he's looking forward to continuing to build the brand.

Along with finding the work rewarding and interesting, Chris also places an emphasis on Oregon

Lithoprint being a great place to work: "It truly is a family atmosphere. Everybody in the office is friends with each other. If you have any questions, you can literally go ask anyone. They’ll be more than happy to answer."

Looking forward, Chris wants to create more media for Oregon Lithoprint including a

video that shows a more detailed look at the printing press while displaying products. He does research online to discover more about the company's target market and what interests different people in the industry. He is given a large amount of creative freedom and manages his own time and work. "My supervisor, Robert tells me the end goals and I take it from there."

Since taking on the role of Social Media intern, different aspects of Chris' strategy are already being noticed. On Twitter, you can see Shark Marketing placed in lists of the "Most engaging users" and "Most likely to communicate with followers."

When asked what success looks like Chris said: "I will know that I’ve succeeded if I come out of this with more skills than I had when I started and if Oregon Lithoprint is in a better place than they were when I started."
