ACCOMMODATION
This provides you with 8 nights of accommodation (check-
in 2pm Saturday 12 January and check out 10am Sunday
20 January 2019. Continental breakfast and buffet dinner
are included. Basic dietary requirements can be catered
for upon prior arrangement. Accommodation is provided
on campus at the University Residential Colleges. The
Colleges are within easy walking distance of the Campus.

ADULT ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS
Private room – an air-conditioned room with an ensuite
bathroom.
Shared ensuite – shared bathroom (one bathroom shared
between two separate bedrooms).
JUNIOR ACCOMMODATION (UNDER 18 YEARS)
Junior students are housed in supervised accommodation
and supervised by a live-in Blue Card certified House
Parent.
WAITLIST
If the Workshop you wish to book is full, please still register
on the waistlist as sometimes there can be cancellations
leading up to the Arts Retreat. We also recommend as well
as waitlisting in your preferred class, book an alternative
class to ensure you aren’t disappointed. We will contact
you as positions become available.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS
Sometimes circumstances change – here’s how we can help:
• Cancel before 14 December 2018 – receive refund less
the $100 non-refundable deposit.
• Cancel after 14 December 2018 – no refund
• Cancel accommodation after 14 December 2018 –
receive refund less $50 cancellation fee.
The McGregor school may waive or reduce the cancellation penalty if a
participant has cancelled due to a medical condition or bereavement.
WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS
The McGregor team reserves the right to cancel a
workshop if minimum enrolments are not reached or if
any unforeseen circumstances occur. If your workshop is
cancelled you will receive a full refund, or the option to
transfer to another workshop. All prices are GST inclusive.
