Inspired by the array of colours that symbolise the
iconic Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers, our 2019
Spring Retreat invites you to draw inspiration from
your bright surroundings and get creative!
Held on the second weekend of Toowoomba’s
iconic flower festival, this year you can choose from
traditional artistic mediums such as watercolour,
wheel throwing and acrylics, or other fun mediums
such as writing, upholstery, casting or leather sandal
making.
Spanning one fun-filled weekend, Spring Retreat is
the shortest of the McGregor Retreats and acts as a
fantastic introduction to McGregor. It’s the perfect
retreat for absolute beginners, people exploring new
mediums or, for our seasoned McGregorites, it’s your
opportunity to bring that friend or family member
you’ve been telling all about McGregor!
A light lunch is included each day and for those
wanting to truly escape the hustle and bustle of
the everyday, you can choose to stay on campus –
allowing you to park your car and immerse yourself
for a full weekend, complete with Saturday night
entertainment.
