VARIAS RESTAURANT WINS TOP GONG IN 2017
For the third consecutive year Varias Restaurant at the
Queensland College of Wine Tourism in Stanthorpe,
has won the Restaurant and Caterers Association 2017
Award for Excellence in the Best Restaurant in a Winery
category.
Whilst the region is well known for its spectacular
landscapes and boutique wine industry, local produce
is fast becoming a tourist drawcard for the Granite
Belt. This fact is evidenced by the growth in top
quality restaurants and cafés across the region. It is the
opportunity to work with the best of this fresh produce
that excites Varias’ Executive Chef, Drew Simpson.
