FOREWORD
The McGill Journal of Political Studies showcases undergraduate research in the Department of Political
Science. It is a student initiative, organized and brought
to fruition every year by the Political Science Students
Association (PSSA). The current issue presents eight
papers drawn from a wide range of courses in the department, from 300 level courses to honours seminars.
As you will see, the papers cover a wide range of topics
and they effectively highlight the range of student interests in the department as well as student research
and writing skills.
