Koyutmaç
Ingredients:
1 lt sheep’s milk
1 T wheat starch
1 T yogurt
1 C sugar
Combine the milk, corn starch, yogurt and sugar and mix well. Bring to a boil in a heavy saucepan on
low heat, stirring constantly. When it boils, cook 1-2 minutes, then serve with village (sourdough)
bread.
