BURDUR ŞİŞ
MATERIALS
FOR PITCH:
1 kg of beef minced meat from ribs
1,5 tablespoons of salt
2 tomatoes
2 pieces of onion
10 green peppers
FOR MARKET:
2 pieces of onion
3 teaspoon sumac
A few drops of lemon juice
FOR THE PAPER:
Half pack age yeast
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tea cup of water
As much flour as possible
PREPARATION OF
For yeast, yeast is softened with warm water by placing powdered sugar into it. Salt and
flour are added and kneaded. The rested dough is divided into 4 cloths and given a long
shape. It is shaped by pressing on it. Pide baked in an oven set to 180 degrees. Kebab for
