THERMAL INSULATION
Thermal efficiency of calorifiers and buffertank Cordivari is optimized thanks to special insulation, that consist of an essential component for every storaging of hot water, keeping
stored hot water at high temperature.
Cordivari insulation reduce at minimum level temperature losses, with consequently energy savings.
Insulation on calorifiers and buffer tanks are manufactured using the best available materials.
NOFIRE® POLYESTER FIBRE
Material with low thermal conductivity. From energetical and ecological point of view, polyester fibre is
one of best perfomer, obtained using recycled and environmental friendly material.
The polyester fiber is unalterable at high temperatures, flexible, durable, non-toxic, insensitive to
chemicals, it doesn’t rot; hygienic and transpiring.
For Cordivai calorifiers and buffer tanks, the application can be with
100 or 50 mm Polyester
Fibre
thickness 50mm or 100mm depending on final using of tanks.
Grey PVC external lining
High insulation capacity with a thermal conductivity λ of 0.039 W/mk
and a fire resistance class of B-s2d0, according to european standard
EN 13501.

ACCUMULATION TANK A1 - GLASS WOOL INSULATION AND ALUMINIUM external lining
The D.H.W. Storage Tanks with insulation A1 represents the most advanced solution in terms of
preventing fire risks on thermal power plants or technical rooms.
With a 50 mm glass wool thickness and an external lining completely made in Aluminium material,
this insulation combines the high thermal insulations properties with a fire proofing resistance class
A1, according to european standard EN 13501

HARDFOAM POLYURETANE
Cordivari Cylinder propose solution from 30mm to 70mm depending on the model where applied. The foam
is applied directly on the body of cylinder, this one receives a particular treatment that facilitate the removal
of the insulation once the technical cycle is over. This solution has high insulation properties and polymeric
density with a small thermal conductivity of 0,023 W/mk
