Also what I would like for the MBA people to keep in mind is that even after the graduation, sometimes we do a bad job as schools because we over excite people about the MBA and after graduating they think they are managers already. MBA gives you tools, but that doesn't mean you are a manager, that means you're a better equipped guy or let's say better equipped than when you started. Specially the younger guys, they think ‘OK, here is my MBA degree so where is the company hiring me?’. Relax guys, you still need to deliver results, it takes time to be valued twice as you were when you started, again that applies mostly to younger generations, because the executives are already on a bit higher level.
