AUDIT FINDINGS: As part of our audit we verify the monthly costing from the metering to the final charges inclusive of VAT for errors of a financial interpretive and/or clerical nature. We also compare your current monthly consumption and expenditure over the last three (3) months to monitor your trends. As mentioned in our previous report, the increase in consumption recorded in May 2013 was as a result of reversal of estimated readings versal raised in March and April 2013. No over / under charges were found on your account.
