During the 52nd Ordinary Session of the National Council of Educational Authorities ( Conaedu ), the Secretary of Public Education defined the three conditions that must be met to going to classes : that the entity is in an epidemiological transit . light in green ; that the teaching staff will be vaccinated and that it be carried out on a voluntary basis , which will be decided by mothers , fathers and state authorities , in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Health .
Before the 32 heads of Education of the states , it was stated that it is possible to work on the actions of the Participatory Health Committees , to identify the needs and priorities of going to educational institutions , as will as the infrastructure of the schools , mainly with water drinking and sanitary services .
