• Electrical camping available first come first plugged ! $ 55 wknd . Primitive camping is free
• MN , WI Negative Coggins within the last 12 mo required , out state riders follow MN reciprocity rules
• Dogs allowed only on leash
• No horses allowed in spectator seating areas
• Heartland Riders Saddle Club and / or Strait Rail Ranch not responsible for accidents
• No Refunds once show day is started . We run rain or shine
• All entries must have a cash or good check payment . Any payments not cleared by end of show day result in forfeit of highpoint or 1 st and 2 nd placings .
• Awards 1 st to 6 th place
• High point both wkd & series
• Classes may be combined day of show w / respect to age divisions
• Walk trot riders may not ride in any other pleasure or ranch class
• HRSC and Strait Rail Ranch Waiver required at arrival with payment
• No exhibition rides
