Our firm began our representation of PLEA in 1975. Since then, it has been our privilege to represent you, the Phoenix police officers. For fifty years we have been proud to say that. We thank you.

Due to your confidence in us, we are unrivaled in our experience in representing police officers. We were there on the first day. And, still, here we are. Please celebrate our 50 years of representing PLEA with us!

Over that time, we have expanded the legal services that we provide to you as a member of PLEA. With this article, we will remind you of the legal benefits your membership brings. First, however, see how our protection has evolved over the years. Initially, we simply represented officers in disciplinary appeals. Our coverage has expanded. Here is a description of our membership services from 1995.

Disciplinary hearings before the Civil Service Board( CSB); administrative representation including grievances and special actions to Superior Court and higher courts

Mike Napier has practiced before the CSB and PERB for over twenty years and has successfully taken many cases on appeal to the Superior Court. PLEA provides representation throughout the grievance process.
