Elle Macpherson on how a wake-up call from her body birthed a business – and why she believes real beauty comes from deep within.
You’ ve probably heard the saying, it’ s what’ s on the inside that counts. she confides.“ I felt rundown and irritable. I wasn’ t sleeping well, I had low energy, I had sugar cravings and I felt uninspired and unmotivated. Basically, I wasn’ t feeling myself and had no idea why.”
It was time for a change, so Macpherson made the decision to see groundbreaking PhD-qualified nutritionist Dr Simoné Laubscher.
