When Probing your customers, it is very
important to determine where your customers
is from. Not meaning, where they were born.
Instead, where did the customer hear about
Freedom? Were they drawn into your doors
from a mail out, print advertisement, internet
advertisement, customer referral? Where did
their interest in purchasing with Freedom
come from?
The ability to determine where your
customers are from is critical. Based on those
answers, Marketing efforts can be better
directed to what is proven successful.
Your Daily Traffic Report requires this
information and it is important that accurate
information is entered based on your customers’ feedback. Truly, it’s important that ALL
information entered into your Daily Traffic report is accurate and unique to each customer.
