The NZ Music Commission is one of the arts agencies supported
through the Ministry for Culture & Heritage. Focused on contemporary
popular music, the organisation’s role is to grow NZ music business
both culturally and economically at home and abroad. To achieve this,
the Music Commission carries out a range of projects and partnerships
to get New Zealand music out into the world and support artists and
music businesses.
