The most important and valuable pieces of advice she has ever received is to trust God for guidance and strength along the way . Know that business is not for the faint of heart and that the task is not easy ; do your research , know your target-market , and believe in yourself and your dreams .
There are many accomplishments that Pamela is proud of including graduating from Westwood High School in the top 20 with honors , graduating from Concorde Career College to become a respiratory therapist through NBRC ( National Board of Respiratory Care ). She is proud to be a wife and mother of two children , Amiracle and Armarion . The names of her children are fitting giving her life threatening endeavor while in labor and to deliver both her children . She also prides herself for receiving certificates in various areas to advance her business and life skills .
She was inspired to start as an entrepreneur in the hair industry when she saw the need to develop a healthy hair care brand for all ages , genders , ethnicities , and textures of hair that can be found in a household . To enhance her skills she attended a school of cosmetology , obtained a Hair Braiding Certificate , became a Tennessee Certified Natural Hair Technician , completed online business courses , attended in-person and online business seminars .
For those interested in the hair industry she advise . “ If they see a need to follow it while not worrying about what others have done or are doing . Surround yourselves with positive people and get knowledgeable mentors who you can trust . Also , to move in silence while you are in the beginning phases of protecting your vision .
