A well know star Belle Lopez has turned into another Miley. As I talked with her family member I got some information on Belle's new "relaxation". It all started when Belle was a child, from seeing her mother drink and smoke she thought her role model was doing the right thing. At age thirteen Belle had her first drink. She was arrested at a Pub at 12:49 am, and was charged as a felony. That earned her a maximum $2,500 fine and up to a year in jail for a misdemeanor offense.
