Our Crime , Trauma Scene Safety , and Legal Issues Course is designed to prepare owners , management , maintenance , and on-site personnel on the proper and safest practices when dealing with a unit where blood , body fluids , or other biohazards have been discovered . We will also cover legal issues associated with the death of a resident , such as dealing with their personal property in the unit , communicating with family members , and protecting the community against potential claims .
