Another Record-Breaking Maintenance Mania!

Maintenance Mania 2026 once again proved why it remains one of the most anticipated AAMD events of the year. Bringing together multifamily professionals, industry experts and sponsors, the event delivered a dynamic day of competition, education, and connection for the nearly 2,400 attendees.
The morning featured a wide range of education sessions covering topics such as HVAC regulations, electrical systems, pool maintenance, safety awareness, and leadership development, including managing difficult people and advancing careers in maintenance.
At the heart of Maintenance Mania is the competition, and 2026 delivered another exciting year of high-energy participation. As always, there was strong participation in all the games, specifically the Plunger Toss and Memory Game. Thanks to our committee, we were able to reintroduce three“ classic " games- The Kwikset Deadbolt Challenge, Seasons Ceiling Fan Challenge, and Kidde Fire Safety Challenge.
The popular Race Car Competition remained a fan favorite, with participants showcasing creativity and craftsmanship through handmade cars built from maintenance supplies, all competing for speed and design. These additions complemented the existing lineup and kept the competition both engaging and relevant.
