Targeted Outreach
This effort targets approximately 250 small- and midsize operator companies, with a goal of welcoming 15 new members in 2026. Messaging is tailored for this audience, emphasizing practical business value, return on investment, and day-to-day relevance, while showing how TRSA helps operators use certification, advocacy, and community connections to strengthen their businesses and stay competitive. At the center of the campaign is the message:“ Operate with Proof. Compete with Confidence.”

Expanding TRSA’ s Reach— and the Industry’ s Influence
Membership growth is central to TRSA’ s role as a leading advocate for the linen, uniform and facility services industry. With growth, TRSA can strengthen its collective voice, expand its influence and ensure that operators of all sizes have access to critical resources and support. This spring, TRSA launched a new member-recruitment initiative to strengthen the operator community further and clearly communicate the value of membership in today’ s evolving business environment.
This initiative builds on extensive work conducted in 2025 in partnership with the consulting firm Big Red M( BRM), which included qualitative interviews with current TRSA members, a quantitative survey of the full membership, competitive analysis and a comprehensive review of TRSA’ s value proposition and messaging.
That research helped shape a focused approach to engaging small and mid-sized operators, connecting them to TRSA’ s offerings in ways that align with their unique needs and preferences.
Why This Campaign Matters
The linen, uniform and facility services industry is facing increasing complexity, from regulatory pressures and workforce challenges to rising costs and consolidation. Strengthening and growing TRSA’ s operator community is critical to the industry’ s future. The new campaign highlights the association’ s role not only as a resource,
