By the time customers visit Ace ImageWear’ s Houston facility, most already understand what makes the company different. They know their route driver by their first name. Their troubles with missing garments have disappeared. And often, they don’ t think about the upkeep of their company’ s uniform program at all— exactly the way Ace ImageWear wants it.
For more than 90 years, the family-owned company has grown on a simple promise: Do what you say you’ re going to do. In a market sector increasingly dominated by national providers, Ace ImageWear has carved out a niche in the industrial space with a disciplined path— blending three generations of ownership with thoughtful technology upgrades, empowered employees and a highly-focused operation.
Nowhere is that approach more visible than inside its 62,000-square-foot( 5,759-square-meter) Houston plant, a purpose-built laundry facility designed to serve one of the most competitive and opportunity-rich markets for industrial operators in the U. S.
