The Wild West
The Wild West is a female Americana " supergroup," composed of six established Los Angeles-based singer-songwriters: Manda Mosher, Deb Morrison, Amilia K. Spicer, Tawny Ellis, Pi Jacobs, and Heather Anne Lomax.
The band was named one of the Top Ten Emerging Acts by Holler Country at Americafest, held yearly in Nashville.
Critics describe their live performance as " boasting no shortage of verve and variety," calling them a combo with immense talent and tenacity.
The Wild West ' s first single, Better Way( now heard on The Bear) has been described by Rock and Blues Muse as an " empowering collaboration where no single member acts as the lead, allowing each artist ' s unique voice to shine."
And the follow-up, a cover of Neil Young ' s Comes A Time, has received praise for its " spine-tingling harmonies " and the addition of violinist Scarlet Rivera( known for her work with Bob Dylan). American Highways called it a " love fest for the ears."
