Roasted Cauliflower Tacos
Ingredients:
• 1 Medium Cauliflower, cored, cut in small pieces
• 2 Tbs. Olive Oil
• 1 Tbs. Lime Juice
• 1 / 2 tsp. Honey
• 1 Tbs. Tomato Paste
• 1 tsp. Chili Powder
• 1 / 2 tsp. Cumin
• Salt to taste

Instructions: 1) Heat oven to 425 F.
2) In a large bowl, whisk together oil and other seasonings.
3) Add cauliflower and toss to coat. 4) Arrange on a baking sheet. Roast till golden brown, 18-22 minutes. 5) Spoon into tortillas, top with slaw... enjoy!
