PBCBA ' s 104th Annual Installation Banquet is a signature celebration of our legal community— bringing together members and colleagues to reflect on the year behind us and look ahead to the year to come. This year, we are proud to install Jack Rice as President, along with the 2026 – 2027 Board of Directors.
This event will be hosted at The Breakers on Saturday, June 6th, 2026, the evening will include a formal installation program, dinner, dancing, and the opportunity to connect with colleagues in a distinguished setting. More than a tradition, the Installation Banquet is a chance to recognize those who continue to strengthen our profession and to celebrate the shared progress of our legal community, as well as the Bar ' s committed leadership.

Judge Michael Barnett was appointed to the County Court of Florida’ s Fifteenth Judicial Circuit on December 2, 2025 by Governor Ron DeSantis and was commissioned on December 15, 2025. Shaped by family, civic service, and faith, becoming a judge was a lifelong dream; one he is more than honored to accept.
