This February, Mark Tschetter is being recognized as the February person of the month for his outstanding legislative contributions and unwavering dedication to the Legal Handbook. Over the past six months, Mark and his team have worked diligently to rewrite and expand the Handbook, transforming it into a robust legal resource that is nearly three times larger than its previous version. The updated edition includes comprehensive, up-to-date texts of all Colorado Landlord- Tenant related statutes, along with embedded links to external resources and relevant legal references— making it an indispensable guide for CAA members navigating the complexities of property law.
Mark’ s legal expertise and steadfast advocacy continue to be invaluable to the Colorado Apartment Association. His efforts not only strengthen the Legal Handbook, but also exemplify a broader commitment to the advancement of the multifamily housing industry. With ongoing support from both Mark and his team, the Handbook will remain a living document— updated online as often as necessary to reflect changes in legislation and ensure members have access to accurate, timely legal guidance!
