PRESIDENT’ S MESSAGE

Dear ASCE Members,
It’ s hard to believe we’ re already in May, but here we are— construction season is officially in full swing, everything’ s in bloom( including my allergies), and it’ s almost time to wrap up another ASCE-NH year. This will also be my final President’ s Message to you all and I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to every single member, associate, volunteer, and participant that helps make this organization so great.
The big highlight this month is our Annual Meeting on May 28th at The Derryfield in Manchester( 5-8:30PM), and I really hope to see a great turnout. This is always one of our best events of the year— good food, great company, interesting presentations, and a chance to reflect on what we’ ve accomplished together, as well as also give out several student scholarships. In addition, we will be swearing in our new Board of Directors for 2025 – 2026, and it’ ll be my pleasure to officially pass the torch to Logan Johnson, who will be stepping in as your next Section President.
Many of you already know Logan from her previous time on the Board or her service as a Region 1 Governor, so you know the section will be in excellent hands. I’ m excited to see where she’ ll take things next.
Also be sure to mark your calendars for our Annual Shea Day( June 10-12) for your chance to earn 6 PDH’ s over the course of 3 days( a morning / breakfast and afternoon / lunch virtual presentation per day) – talk about efficiency!
Thanks again to you all for being part of this community— it’ s been an honor to serve as your President and while my tenure is coming to a close, I remain committed to our community and look forward to supporting our continued growth and success.
Here’ s to a bright future ahead!
Michael Eno President, ASCE-NH
