Barns Open for Game horses at APPROXIMATELY 9PM
OPEN RIDING IN COLISEUM : { NO Lunging !}
WEDNESDAY : QUEENS CONTESTANTS ONLY until Competition is complete . THURSDAY : 5am-6am | 6am - 6:30am Driving Only FRIDAY - MONDAY : 5am-6:30am and following last class of day until 12am .
SCHEDULE :
THURSDAY - 9 / 21 / 23 Classes begin at 7am . The last class of the day will be class number 32 , Maurity 5 & Over Western Pleasure . Classes 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 9 and 10 and classes 22 through 26 will run simultaneously . Futurity Classes 7 and 8 will start at 9am in the Compeer Arena .
FRIDAY - 9 / 22 / 23 Classes begin at 7am with Class 33 Pony Driving Roadster . The last class of the day will be Class 56 Sr + Ranch Riding . Classes 48 through 53 will run simultaneously . Adaptive Riding Classes will start at 9am in the Compeer Arena .
SATURDAY - 9 / 23 / 23 Classes begin at 7am with Classes 57 and 58 ( Sr Speed Dash and Int Speed Dash ) running simultaneously . Classes 57 through 73 will run simultaneously . The last class of the day will be Class 74 4-In-A-Line .
SUNDAY - 9 / 24 / 23 Classes begin at 7am with Class 75 Sr ++ Jumping Figure 8 . The royalty coronation will be held after Class 81 Pony Jumping Figure 8 . The last class of the day will be Class 83 Ribbon Race .
MONDAY - 9 / 25 / 23 Classes begin at 7am with Class 84 Jr Egg & Spoon Game Horse . The final class is Class 93 Sr ++ Barrels .

SAFETY / GROUNDS
• Rail classes will not have more than 25 exhibitors in cuts .
• The WSCA Championship Show Committee is committed to providing the best ground possible . With the exhibitors and their horses safety on the forefront .
• Decisions made by the descretion of the WSCA Championship Show Committee are final .
• Upon entering , exhibitors agree to follow the Championship Horse Show rules and agree to hold the MN State Fair , WSCA , Board of Directors , Show Committee harmless for any / all damages that may occur .
QUALIFICATIONS :
• Prior to qualifying , you must have a champshow . org account . ( One account per household ) All your riders and horses MUST be on your account before you show at a WSCA qualifying horse show , so your qualifications can be verified .
• Qualification dates for the 2023 WSCA Championship Show are from 8 / 22 / 2022 thru 8 / 13 / 2023 . You must have qualified between those dates to be eligible to enter .
• Riders must be a member in good standing of a WSCA Saddle Club as of May 31 , 2023 , and their name must appear on the WSCA Membership List .
• Riders must have placed either first or second at a WSCA judged horse show in a WSCA qualifying class within the qualifying dates listed above .
CLASS & AGE DIVISIONS
Riders must ride in their appropriate age class , and correct pony size corresponding to age . Class and age divisions are to be determined as of January 1 , 2023 . Class and age divisions are :
Pet Pony : 48 ” and under pony | Rider 10 yrs . & under Pony : 54 ” and under pony | Rider 13 yrs . & under PeeWee : Horse or Pony over 54 ” | Rider 10 yrs . & under Junior Rider : Horse over 54 ” | Rider 11 to 13 yrs . Intermediate Rider : 14 to 17 yrs . Senior Rider : 18 to 34 yrs . Sr + Rider : 35 to 49 yrs . Sr . 50 + Rider : 50 yrs . and over
PONY MEASUREMENT
All Ponies MUST be measured at the Champ Show prior to their class . Ponies must show in their appropriate size and age appropriate class .

LATE ENTRIES Late entries will be accepted after August 27 , 2023 at DOUBLE the fees .
A negative coggins is REQUIRED and must be uploaded to your online account prior to entering .
REFUNDS
Refunds for entry fees will be given only in the case of an illness or injury to the horse or rider . A doctor ’ s letter , or a letter from your veterinarian stating the reason you cannot participate , MUST be submitted to the show office . Refunds for any other reason will not be given . No refunds will be given for stalls .
