AWARDS / PAYOUT
• Regular classes will be awarded a trophy and ten ribbons , along with payout for each placing . If class has under 20 exhibitors , the max payout will be 50 % of entries .
PLEASURE PATTERNS
• Pleasure patterns will be posted no later than Monday , September 18 , 2023 . They will be posted on equiscribe and on social media .
NON-STOCK TYPE
• A Non-Stock Type Western Pleasure class is open to horses that are lighter in build than the stock horse breeds including , but not limited to , horses of Arabian , Morgan and / or Saddlebred type .
4-IN-A-LINE
• A horse / rider combo may enter and ride in only ONE 4-in-line barrels team . Rider can ride in up to 2 teams , with different horses .

• EVERY HORSE ENTERED MUST PURCHASE A STALL . Only horses that have been entered into a class may purchase a stall .
• DEPOSITS : All stalls are required to be cleaned before you leave . You STILL must then have them inspected , and checked out by the Barn Office . If you fail to complete this process , your credit card will be charged $ 35 + 3 % processing fee PER STALL as a penalty for not cleaning the stalls . You may voluntarily pay that clean up fee , but we ask that you let the Barn Office know your intentions , so we can have them cleaned in a timely manner .
• GROUP STALLING : Be sure to fill out & submit the group stalling form .
PARKING / ELECTRICAL CAMPING

• ALL TRAILERS / CAMPERS WILL NEED A PERMIT VISIBLE WHEN PARKED AT THE FAIRGROUNDS . { regardless if someone is sleeping in the unit or not }
• WEDNESDAY ARRIVALS TO CHAMP SHOW No arrivals prior to 12pm Wednesday without prior approval No parking in front of barns prior to 4pm Wednesday
• FRIDAY ARRIVALS TO CHAMP SHOW Friday ( Game Horse ) move in starts at 9pm , please do not arrive earlier unless the ok is given via the official WSCA Facebook page .
