The individual will work with the attorneys in the firm in helping our clients navigate through the often-unfamiliar process of having been involved in a car crash or premises liability matter . Job duties will include helping the attorneys with intake , handling property damage , gathering medical bills and records , preparing cases for demand , and otherwise , under the supervision of an attorney , being responsible for a case through settlement or filing of a lawsuit .
