In March , PBCBA ’ s Young Lawyers Section and Committee for Diversity and Inclusion kicked off their Justice , Equity and Inclusion (“ JEDI ”) Roundtables ! Through the generosity of a grant from the Florida Bar Diversity and Inclusion Committee , the PBCBA is holding five separate Diversity and Inclusion roundtables with young members of the PBC legal profession to discuss the current state of diversity and inclusion ( D & I ) efforts in our courts , law firms , and voluntary bar associations today , emerging best practices , and what leaders can do to improve D & I efforts in their organizations . A special thanks to PBCBA President Julia Wyda and Florida Bar BOG member Sia Baker-Barnes for moderating the event ' s roundtable on Diversity and Inclusion in Voluntary Bar Associations .
