preliminary layouts on roofs and land , site investigations , economic modeling and analysis , proposal designs and packages , and assisting my region managers with customer acquisition , my job is to make the project becomes a reality through due diligence and sometimes some creative financing solutions making sure it ’ s a good fit for all . I also now oversee the asset management for the systems we own in Maine , New Hampshire , and Massachusetts , making sure they are producing at full power and monitoring system health .
Hello fellow ASCE members ! Anabelle here , and I am pleased to introduce myself as the Vice President ( VP ) for ASCE-NH . As VP , I assist in all things ASCE such as attending and helping with events and participating in board votes with the main responsibility of organizing our Annual Scholarship Golf Outing that is held every summer . Mark your calendars - 2022 ASCE Golf Outing is August 12 th ! This is my sixth year as a board member for the New Hampshire Section and before that was heavily involved with the student section of ASCE during my time at the University of New Hampshire ( UNH ) years ago .
I graduated from UNH earning a Master ’ s degree in Structural Civil Engineering . From there I started my professional career as a Structural Project Engineer for Hoyle , Tanner & Associates . I then joined IGS Solar in 2015 and now support our team as the Senior Development Engineer for projects all over the country . I oversee the development cycle of a project from idea and into construction for commercial and industrial scale rooftop and ground mounted photovoltaic solar arrays . From
When I ’ m not working on solar projects you can find me with my family enjoying the crazy life we lead in Nottingham . With my three amazing stepchildren and a two-year old there is never a dull moment in our house ! From terrible-two ’ s to high school homework assignments we are a busy bunch with weekend soccer games , exploring playgrounds around NH now that the weather is getting nice , camping trips , and nights at the baseball field ! This summer we are looking forward to lots of pool time , campfires , and gardening ! We have BIG plans for lots of flowers and shrubs and beautifying around the house and can ’ t wait to find a sports-free weekend to get started .
