SPEAKER ’ S BIO : Dave Brogan is GeoStabilization International ’ s Project Development Engineer for New England , New York , and New Jersey and is a licensed Professional Engineer in five states . He has worked as a research associate at the University of Rhode Island and has 17 years of experience as a geotechnical consultant with several New England firms . As a geohazard specialist , he supports State and Local Agencies and Departments in the assessment , maintenance , and repair of geotechnical assets within their transportation systems .
