LETTER FROM THE HEAD GOLF PROFESSIONAL
SIGNING UP FOR MAJOR CLUB EVENTS The Club has had a policy in place for signing-up on the sheets we hang on the bulletin boards in the Pro Shop , and I ’ d like to clarify why this is . This is not to take away a service of phoning in your request to be put on the sign-up sheet , it ’ s more of an effort on our part to ensure that everyone wishing to sign-up can , without mistakes . The policy is simple : if you cannot make it into the Pro Shop to sign-up for any of the events posted on the bulletin boards , email me on either of my two email addresses and I will be happy to sign you up . This way there is a paper trail that will hopefully eliminate someone from slipping through the cracks . I can be reached at John @ eaglebrooke . com .
PRO SHOP AND DRIVING RANGE HOURS The Pro Shop will open at 6:30AM Monday thru Sunday and remain open until 6:00PM . The driving range is open on the days that the golf course is open starting at 6:30AM , and remain open weather permitting , until ½ hour before dark , except for Mondays when the range will close earlier to pick all the balls up so the driving range grass can be cut early the next morning . The Pro Shop , per the time of the year will determine these hours of closing .
OUTSIDE EVENTS
During the month of May , we will be hosting two outside Golf Outings . These events will take place on Friday , May 14 and Friday , May 28 . These events can potentially impact your normal playing habits . Please contact the Pro Shop for details .
