Kevin O ’ Connor shares the plight of the hospitality industry through illustrated portraits of people working in local restaurants and bars . By Jamie Coelho
When last spring ’ s restaurant shutdowns went into effect , Kevin O ’ Connor got right to work . The Persimmon dining
