How To Install A
Club Clean Club & Ball Washer
STEP 1. Position template
on either rear fender of
golf car.
STEP 2. Mark location of
5 template holes to be
drilled in golf car fender.

bolts provided into holes H1 and H2 as
shown in diagram 1.
STEP 3. Place Club Clean®
on fender to insure posi-
tion is acceptable before
drilling.

club side towards rear of

STEP 5. Check below fend-
er to insure drill will not damage
any part of golf car. (i.e. gas line,
wiring, tire, etc.)
STEP 6. Using 1/4” drill bit, drill
5 template holes as marked on
sheet.
STEP 7. From hardware package
provided take 5, 1-1/4” screws
with washers and screw up
through underside of fender into
Club Clean®unit as shown on
right.
STEP 8. Excessive tightening of
screws will cause screws to strip.
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN
BRACKET MOUNT (OPTIONAL)Club
Clean can mount on left or right side of
car at fender. Bracket attaches to hor-
izontal, vertical or angled basket post,
or frame post of golf car.
FOR VERTICAL POST: Insert (2) bolts
into holes V2 and V3 as shown in dia-
gram 2: This centers plate in front of
post. To move plate further forward
or further back, use holes V1 and V2 or
holes V3 and V4. This will position Club
Clean® more forward or more back on fender. Find best position
for your car.
FOR ANGLED POST: Use 2 horizontal (H holes) or any 2 vertical
(V holes) to find best position for plate on your car.
STEP 2. Attach Club Clean to mounting plate
Use (4) 1-1/4” screws with washers provided as shown in diagram
1.
NOTE: Excessive tightening of screws will cause screws to strip.
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN
NOTE: Drain plug should face back of golf cart.
STEP 3. Secure bracket to post
Keeping unit raised 1” to 1-1/2” of fender, fit bolts around post
(horizontal, vertical or angled).
Attach bracket and tighten nuts securely.
Diagram 4 shows example of vertical post mount
NOTE: For best draining results, before securing bracket, tilt Club-
Clean® slightly towards drain plug. Then tighten securely.
