Something that is unique to us is our part-
nership with a non-profit, Raising Hope,
in Nicaragua to provide cooked meals and
education to kids that live around the city

eral times over the past few years and are
thankful to continue our relationship with
these friends from afar by providing a tasty
and nutritious meal, plus the added bonus
of education. The founders of the non-prof-
it have big dreams to one day construct a
building where they can offer regular meals

• I love to be outside and enjoy fishing,
hunting, camping and working on random
projects around the house.
• My wife and I have 5 kids ages 6 and
under, so things are pretty crazy around
our house! We are foster parents and are
nearing the adoption finalization of 2 of
our foster children.
• I started my web design business,
Watermark Design, in 2011. I enjoy the
benefits of being able to work from home
and spend more time with my family.
About Our Company
I, Mark Haugstad, am the founder and cre-
ator of the Build Your Golf Cart Software. I
have an extensive graphic design and web-
site design background. I live in Minnesota
with my wife and five young children.

The idea for BYGC came while I was work-
ing on a website for a golf cart company. In
my work with him, I saw the need for deal-
ers to follow in the footprint of companies
like Ford and Harley Davidson, providing
online customization. Thus, the Build Your
