Pranayama Pop Up class

This will be a restorative practice that focuses on meditation and controlled breathing techniques that cultivate stillness and quiet the mind. Yogic breathwork is a fundamental part of every yoga style and pranayama is an excellent tool that will enhance your practice on every level. Instructor will guide you through various breathing exercises and teach you how to use them in your everyday life. All levels welcome.

Family Yoga Pop Up class

Friday, May 3rd 5:30-6:30pm

Family yoga offers a fun way to practice yoga with the whole family! The hour class will include breathing exercises, mindful movement, partner poses, songs and a final relaxation. Class is open to ages 3 and up. You will leave the class feeling connected to your family members and learn practices to enjoy at home!

Yin Yoga Series

June 1st, June 8th and June 15th from 2:00pm - 3:15pm

Members: $30 Non-Members: $50

We will use the relaxing poses of yin yoga to release any tension and tightness in the body based on areas where people commonly experience pain. We will go over the muscles related to the shoulder girdle and hips, the hamstrings and the pelvic girdle and the spine/lower back. This series is good for individuals who have injuries due to repetitive patterns of movement in an office environment, athletic movements (runners etc) and/or individuals with back pain. Instructor will also help individuals explore some basic practices to do at home.
