BRYAN ROSE
DALTON – Bryan Rose, 77, died Tuesday evening, May 16, 2017, at the Country Village Genesis Eldercare Center, Lancaster.
Rose was born in North Adams, Mass. on May 4, 1940 the son of Conrad and Rita( St. Hilaire) Rose. He was a self-employed farmer who enjoyed raising and caring for his goats, and growing his extraordinary vegetable gardens. He was locally known as the“ Veggie Man.” He also served in the US Marine Corps.
Family members include his wife Charlene Martin Rose of Dalton; a daughter, Liz Lepine of Chicopee, Mass.; and three grandchildren.
At Rose’ s request there are no services. Donations may be made in his memory to American Heart Assn., New England Affiliate, 20 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701-4688.
