The Washington State Department of Agriculture ( WSDA ) Organic Program has determined that GroGenesis ’ s flagship product , AgraBurstPRO , complies with Chapter 16-160 WAC and USDA organic regulations . As a certification agent of the USDA National Organic Program , the WSDA Organic Program inspects , certifies , and monitors organic operations and verifies that all requirements of USDA organic standards are met .
