“
WE ARE A PEOPLE COMPANY.
Our focus is the grower. We don’t
believe in 800 numbers and extensions.”
Frank Escobedo
What were some of the struggles you faced
when starting the business?
Well, the hardest was not only the engineering and
polymer industry, but making sure that what you
design can be manufactured and transported with
efficiency to ensure the final cost to the customer is
fair and affordable.
How did you gain market share and recognition?
Well, it’s been a learning curve, but by marketing
in magazines and attending every expo possible
in order to educate the industry and give back
something to our customers that will help them every
step of the way. Our social media outlets have also
been a way of communicating with happy customers
and followers domestic or foreign, allowing us to
extend our reach globally.
What was the main thing you learned about
starting and growing a company?
There are a lot of sleepless nights and working around
the clock to get things done right regardless of your
title. We all work together and have one goal in mind.
Has your company moved or expanded
since the beginning?
We are based in Downtown Miami, FL, and have a
factory in Grand Haven, MI, and Lebanon, OH.

Has your product line expanded?
Yes! Not only did we start off with our 10-gallon planter,
non-water or nutrient absorbing inserts, manifolds,
sprayers, control valves, plus our antimicrobial planters
approved by the EPA and FDA, but now we are glad
to introduce the three-gallon planter (tents), 1.2-gallon
(commercial), nine custom fittings, five-gallon insert,
and a host of other things we felt we needed to pivot
sooner than later.
Where do you distribute?
We distribute directly to stores and are currently
working out some distribution deals around the
world. We currently have products in Washington
state, Alaska, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Colorado, Nevada,
Arizona, Michigan, Illinois, Florida, Oregon, California,
Texas, New York, and a host of other states in the US,
but also have our products in Canada, Australia, and
are quickly making our way to other markets like the
United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Colombia, and
around the world.
What are your company’s strengths?
We are a people company. Our focus is to the grower.
We don’t believe in 800 numbers and extensions. You
can call the CEO anytime, just like you would any
salesman at our company. We are all cross-trained
to help in a variety of situations. Our motto is, if you
failed, we failed you.
