What was your proudest moment so far?
Without question, it was the very first bag we boxed up to be
shipped out on July 10, 2015. After 14 months of hard work trying
to make that moment a reality, it’s something I’ll never forget.
What significant things have you learned so far
about the industry?
Marketing and knowledge are everything. You can have the
best product in the world, which we believe we do, and it will
not matter if no one in your target market is aware of that fact.
What have you learned about starting and
growing a company?
While it’s important to have a good website and company
infrastructure, in 2018, none of that matters if no one ever
hears about your product. Committing more financial assets
to marketing instead of IT development would have helped us
tremendously in the early times.
What words of wisdom can you share about
the industry?
That using naturally generated CO 2 to increase crop yields
works and is an affordable solution without any environmental
impact. Whether you’re a home growing hobbyist or a small
to medium grow business, our naturally generated CO 2 will
absolutely increase your yields without a huge investment.
Share your favorite story from a day on the job.
I love coming to work every day, which is hard for most people
to say. My favorite stories on the job always involve working
with our customers. This is the most fulfilling part of my job.
What makes your employees so awesome?
We love what we do. Everyone that works here is really into
science and learning and this job provides both of those
experiences on a daily basis.
