i ask the experts Q I’m new to LEDs, and I jumped straight in and purchased the Black Dog Phytomax 800. I’ve read a little and it seems as though you need higher ambient temperatures than leaf surface temperature for their lights to achieve maximum photosynthesis. The new LED may not produce enough heat for optimum conditions. With added CO 2 at 1,200 ppm levels (levels I usually run with MH/HPS), what would be my optimum new ambient temperature and relative humidity, and do I add more CO 2 ? With my old MH/HPS set-up, I always kept my RH/temperature at 55/75°F, respectively. Thanks, Benny Hydro RDWC A Hi Benny Hydro RDWC, Thank you for your question. Finding the optimal temperature for a CO 2 -enriched growroom is essential for maximizing your return on CO 2 equipment. Regardless of the type of artificial lighting system be
