There are ups and downs; it’s how you problem solve and bounce back. What words of wisdom can you share about the business, the industry, or the future of the industry? People that have been doing this for a long time should stick together and help each other. Share your favorite story from a day on the job. Saw the former president of Mexico at Canna Con Seattle! How does your team bond? We are like family! Everyone genuinely cares to be here and is an equal part of the team. Since we have some musi- cians on the team, we have a jam room in the warehouse and the guys get together and play music. We make a point to all get together regularly and have fun outside of work, as well as enjoying the work we do while we are doing it! What significant things have you learned so far about the industry? HYDROPONIC RESEARCH: The amount of greed in it. The different reasons people or companies are a part of it. That it is a constantly changing landscape. What have you learned about starting and growing a company? Providing something for people across the world is a beast.
