How does your team bond?
We are like family! Everyone genuinely cares to be here
and is an equal part of the team. Since we have some musi-
cians on the team, we have a jam room in the warehouse
and the guys get together and play music. We make a point
to all get together regularly and have fun outside of work,
as well as enjoying the work we do while we are doing it!
What significant things have you learned
so far about the industry?

The amount of greed in it. The different reasons people
or companies are a part of it. That it is a constantly
changing landscape.

Providing something for people across the world is a beast.
The reality it takes to make it happen. It’s a lot of work
building, growing, and maintaining relationships.
