SOLSTICE GARDEN SUPPLY: What makes your employees so awesome?
Where do you distribute? What are your company’s strengths?
In 2015 we started working from our cell phones and home
offices. Soon we hired our first employee and moved into a
trailer in Zack’s backyard, then a small warehouse in San
Diego that we quickly outgrew. We are still in San Diego just a
few blocks from Hydroponic Research. We can walk between
offices for meetings and we save a lot on inbound freight.

What is your current product line?
• One Part Base: DIRTY, HD, RO/SOFT, and TAP HARD.
• Two part Base for Fertigation systems: DOS A and B.
• Additives: SHINE (bloom stimulant), +LIFE (probiotics),
PUSH (Calcium Silicate and Kelp foliar spray), and
STACKSWELL (cal mag with added technology).
How many people now work for the company?
We have 20+ employees combined between the companies.
We have the best sales reps in the industry. We hand-
picked them and waited for the right guys to join us. Also,
our support staff is on top of it. Our sister-team office staff
makes sure everything is done right and our warehouse
crew (all awesome musicians) work hard everyday to
ensure orders get out on time.
Roots in the industry, amazing easy to use products,
attention to detail, customer service, passion, and we’re
always striving to be better.
What are some of your proudest moments?
Making our first-ever sale to a store and growers using
our products winning cups.
